Weather (wind, temp, precip) is hard to predict due to the exposure from both Atlantic and Gulf weather patterns. If conditions appear unsafe, I cancel and refund in full. If conditions are safe, but not fun, then you can cancel with a full refund.

on board are two refrigerators and a Yeti cooler with ice and complementary water. You are welcome to bring your own beverages, including alcohol (BYOB). Same goes for food and snacks.

There is a bathroom on board, and at the dock. 

Out of consideration for all the guests, we do not allow smoking on board.

If you are reserving the boat for a private excursion, we will allow a family pet to join. We charge $20 and provide a 'pup plank as well as a dog life jacket.

Most of our excursions include time for swimming. Bring your own towel and swim toys.

We do not offer fishing charters. We catch the sunset. We catch a buzz. We do not catch fish.

Your satisfaction is money back guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, let the captain know and we will refund. 

If the excursion simply meets your expectation, no tip is expected. If the excursion exceeds your expectation and you feel it was a great value, then a gratuity is appreciated. But, not gonna lie, tips are spent on alcohol!
